Esajas Nears Return

It's expected that Etienne Esajas will be fit and available for the game against AFC Wimbledon.

Esajas went down with a hamstring injury in pre season and the club are hopeful that he's ready for his competitive debut now and it's hoped it will come in the game against Wimbledon this week.

Brian Laws told the Official Site.

'He will certainly play some part on Tuesday (reserves). With Etienne it has been a case of managing his recovery so that he didn't suffer any ill effects, but he has trained well all week and looks sharp and ready for it.'

Laws admits he could've used him in the final 15 minutes against Dagenham such is his fitness, but he chose not to and be on the safe side.
