Laws Confident Duffy Will Still Move

The transfer of 27 year old Mark Duffy is still rumbling on after both clubs agreed a transfer fee, but Brian Laws has said he'd be amazed if the player didn't move on.

Speaking to the Official Site Laws said he was as much in the dark as anybody as he believed the transfer would be official last week but it seems, as happens, there are still a few things to iron out.

'We thought that everything was sorted that end, now it seems there are one or two things standing in the way of the deal. Sometimes that is the way with these things. Technically he is still a Scunthorpe player, but if I'm honest I'm not expecting him back.'
