Cutler To Quit?

It's being reported that goalkeeping coach Neil Cutler is to quit Glanford Park and move to Walsall.

The 36 year old joined the club in April 2011 from Bury, and remained at the club after Alan Knill's departure. However Brian Laws has confirmed that he now has to scout for a new goalkeeping coach as Cutler plans to move on.

He told the Scunthorpe Telegraph.

'We need a goalkeeping coach, for the development of our own keepers and the academy ones. It's a specialist area, I've tried to work without one in the past and it doesn't help the goalkeeper.'

It adds that Cutler has struggled to settle in and would favour a move back down to nearer his family home and Laws says that they have agreed in principle to let him go to Walsall.
