Scunthorpe 0-0 Shrewsbury
5th January 2013
Glanford Park

Scunthorpe could have done with a home win over Shrewsbury on Saturday, however they had to settle for a share of the points at Glanford Park.

Chances were at a premium in the first half, the few there were came to Scunthorpe but the deadlock wasn't broken.

A winner looked more likely to come from Scunthorpe in the second half too, again though they couldn't breakthrough with a fine save from Sam Slocombe preventing a Shrewsbury injury-time winner in the 0-0 draw.
