On the hour the game burst into life though with a flurry of four-goals in 20-minutes started by Christian Ribeiro's (61) opener for Scunthorpe. Karl Hawley (69) soon doubled the visitors lead.

A Kevin Lisbie (79) penalty towards the end of the game brought Leyton Orient back into the game but instantly the Iron struck again, Damien Mozika's (80) goal ensuring Scunthorpe won 3-1.
