Godden loaned out

Matt Godden has been shipped out on loan again by Scunthorpe.

Having spent time with Gainsborough Trinity already this season, returning early due to injury, the 21-year-old has been loaned out again, this time to Blue Square Premier outfit Ebbsfleet United.

The striker, who is yet to start a game for The Iron since making his debut from the bench (doing this on another six occasions), has joined the non-league side for an initial one-month spell.

Godden probably doesn't have a long-term future with Scunthorpe but this is definitely the right thing for him at the moment as he'll not get much of a look-in, if any, at the moment at Glanford Park.
