Knill: We just weren't clinical enough
Alan Knill feels Scunthorpe were hard done by to come away from Portsmouth with a 2-1 defeat on Saturday afternoon, ending their four-game unbeaten run.
Knill, as he told BBC Radio Humberside, thought his side "dominated" most of the game but got punished for not being "clinical enough": 'I thought we dominated for the majority. We had opportunities, didn't take them and got punished right at the end.
'We just weren't clinical enough. We had good chances and we just didn't take them.
'We're in good situations and made poor decisions, but I have to be honest I thought the performance was as good as we've played.'
