Sedgwick signs
Chris Sedgwick has been brought in by Scunthorpe to help improve their fortunes, which haven't been good in the opening weeks of the season.
The winger was released by Sheffield Wednesday in the summer, so arrives as a free agent having been without a club since.
Sedgwick has signed on "non-contract" terms so would be free to leave The Iron at anytime and join someone else, although at the same time will be hoping to impress Alan Knill to earn a permanent contract at Glanford Park.
The 32-year-old has a wealth of experience, and ability at higher levels, so was well worth the punt by Knill!
